Time with Family

The cousins and Papa and Grammy were up in Oceanside for a memorial service for Grandma Taylor this month so we were able to visit with them for a day before they headed back home. It was a beautiful day at the beach, a bit chilly but the kiddos never mind the cold. It is always so fun to watch the cousins spending time together. What a precious gift.

Spring Break Fun!

We were blessed with 2 weeks of spring break and filled it with activity as well as just lounging around. We drove up to Disneyland for a day and were happily suprised that the crowds weren't too bad. Owen also pitched his first game! He looked so grown up and serious on the pitcher's mound. We were so proud of our big guy! We couldn't resist a couple pajama-jamy-jam days and popcorn-filled movie nights. It was so nice not to get everyone ready and out the door in the mornings. Easter egg hunts, a visit with Babica and Dzidek, painting eggs, playdates, a zoo trip and spring gardening were also fun events that took place these past two weeks.

Adam and the Disney Characters

Adam is so different from the other two when it comes to Disney characters. Owen and Elizabeth were terrified of the characters at 1 1/2. They totally love them now, but DID NOT when they were Adam's age.  It is so fun to watch Adam interact with the new characters he meets. He looks at them, touches their eyes and noses and then gives them great big hugs!!! Pluto is one of his faves. I also couldn't resist adding the picture of Adam on the merry-go-round. The joy he has when riding that ride is precious. We have been able to visit the Disney Parks about once a month since we got passes, and its been such a fun gift to have this year.

Happy First Day of Spring!

The rain has passed and the sun is shining on the first day of spring! Our kids are loving our backyard and its so fun to see their joy in playing out there! We are so thankful for it. FYI: The first picture is of Elizabeth in a cute school outfit from another day. Thought I'd throw it in for Babcia and Grammy.:)

Adam gets his first haircut! Now he really looks like a fast movin' toddler!

Elizabeth's first top front tooth came out! She is losing teeth so fast.

Owen began his basketball season in a new league this year called Upward! This is daddy's first time coaching him on a basketball team. (Coaching at home started before the guy could even walk!:))
