Another year of growth has gone by for our sweet Elizabeth. We did celebrate her birthday at Disneyland with Owen on the 16th, but still made her real day special.:)

Happy 5th Birthday Owen!

This post is a day late bacause we headed to Disneyland to celebrate O's 5th Birthday. His friend Maisey and her family came up to surprise him too!. We actually celebrated Elizabeth's as well because her birthday is at the end of the month, but we'll post a separate piece on her special day!

Tree Cutting Trip

These pics are about a week late but here they are! This was our annual Christmas tree cutting trip. Jeremiah and I love to see the joy of the holiday season in O and E as they grow older each year. When we finally picked our tree, Elizabeth said,"Why doesn't our tree have lights on it?" What a thought!:)

Much to be Thankful For!

We packed up our little family and headed up to the Bay Area to enjoy Thanksgiving with the Heath Family. It was such a blessing to have all of O and E's cousins together this year. We even took time to celebrate an early Christmas together. Much to be thankful for. Here are a few highlights.

O and E's great-grandma turns 90 this December so we had an early birthday party for her.
After our visit with great-grandma we headed over to Aunt's house and spent some time with her.

The kids drew each other's names this year and bought Christmas gifts for each other. It was so fun watching them give each other gifts.
Spending time with papa was another treat.
Spending time with cousins and uncles: another great gift

Taking the ferry to Pier 39, walking to Ghirardelli Square for some ice cream sundaes, and taking a cable through the heart of San Francisco(with the whole family!): What a treat.
We are so thankful to have had the whole Heath Family together for this special time of year.
