Memorial Day Weekend!

Jeremiah and Owen flew up to the bay area this weekend. Jeremiah on his way to his annual college guys weekend, and Owen to his grandfolks for a visit. While the they were away, the youngers and I headed up to Babcia and Dziadek's place. Adam and Elizabeth met their newest cousin, Elise, and also got a day to play with their other cousins, Emily and Andrew. We also had a beautiful day in Ventura with Babcia and Dziadek. We know the boys were having a great time up north and can't wait to swap stories about our separate weekend adventures. Happy Memorial Day to all! So thankful for all the soldiers that fought for the freedom we have today.

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all those hard working mommas out there! My family made my day extra special but it was also a great day to reflect on all the blessings in my life.  Being a mom is such hard work, but seeing my kiddos grow into such amazing young people makes my heart melt with joy.

3. Sweet pic at the bay. We also took a family bike ride.
4. A little random for this post but Elizabeth had her first grade performance to start off Mother's Day weekend. She has been practicing all year long and couldn't wait to show us her performance. Mrs. Sherman was in town and got to see it too! Elizabeth did a fantastic job!!

Enjoying May!

Our life continues to be full, with school activities, sports, piano, museum days, etc.. but with the warm weather that continues to happen this spring we have found time to squeeze in some relaxing family time too. We purchased some paddleboards which we are really enjoying for family days and date days as well but we've also just been able to hang out in our backyard and play! Such a blessing!
